Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
This notice is provided by Cygnus Horizon Advisory Group, LLC, operator of Deneb DealFlow℠ ("Deneb DealFlow℠," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It applies to California residents accessing the Platform or Site at denebdealflow.ai.
Deneb DealFlow℠ does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under California law, certain data-sharing arrangements — including the use of some analytics and advertising cookies — may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA, even absent direct payment.
This page enables you to exercise your opt-out rights with respect to such activities.
Under the CCPA and CPRA:
- "Sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration
- "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, regardless of whether money changes hands
We may use third-party analytics and advertising technologies that result in information about your browsing activity being disclosed to those third parties in ways California law characterizes as selling or sharing. This page allows you to opt out of such activities.
As a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. To exercise this right:
Three Ways to Opt Out
By Email — Send a request to privacy@cygnushorizon.com with the subject line: "CCPA Opt-Out Request — Deneb DealFlow℠". Please include your full name, email address, and any other information that may help us locate your data.
Cookie Preferences — Adjust your cookie settings at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer to disable non-essential cookies and data sharing.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) — Enable GPC in your browser or browser extension. The Site recognizes and honors GPC as a valid opt-out signal. No separate request is required if GPC is active.
We will respond to email opt-out requests within 15 business days of receipt.
In addition to the right to opt out, California residents have the following rights:
- Know: request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, and purposes
- Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Limit: request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes specified under the CPRA
- Portability: receive your information in a structured, portable format

To protect your privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing certain requests. Verification is conducted in a manner proportionate to the sensitivity of the request. We do not require you to create an account to submit a rights request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Where an authorized agent is used, we may require written authorization from you and may verify your identity directly. Proof of agent authorization is required for all agent-submitted requests.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA or CPRA. We will not deny you access to the Platform, charge you different rates, provide a lower quality of service, or impose any penalty as a result of your exercising your privacy rights.
